Professor Takaaki Akaike (Collaborative Research for the Frontiers of Manufacturing Technology Based on Material Science) and Specially appointment Professor Satoshi Tadokoro (Collaborative Research for the Frontiers of Manufacturing Technology Based on Material Science) have been awarded FY 2025 Kahoku Culture Award.
(Professor Takaaki Akaike is formerly served as Deputy Director of NICHe. Specially appointment Professor Satoshi Tadokoro served as Project Leader for the “Dynamic Robotics Research Project” from August 2006 to March 2013.)
The Kahoku Cultural Award is presented to individuals and organizations that have achieved outstanding accomplishments in the fields of scholarship, arts, athletics, industry, and social activities in Tohoku, and have dedicated themselves to the development of the region.
