Prof. Koichi Kakimoto received “18th Achievement Award and Isamu Akasaki Award” from the Japanese Association for Crystal Growth in 2023.
Prof. Kakimoto received the prize for his research on “Large-scale Numerical Analysis of Crystal Growth Mechanisms and Improvement of Semiconductor Crystal Quality”.
