NICHe received the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Award at the 10th Regional Industry Support Program Awards (Innovation net award).
The Regional Industry Support Program Award is an award system that evaluates and promotes excellent corporate support initiatives tailored to the characteristics of each region in Japan with the aim of creating new businesses and industries.
NICHe received the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Award for its “provision of industry-academia collaboration models that promote the practical application of research results and practical social implementation through support for recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake.”
We would like to express our gratitude to everyone involved for their cooperation in receiving this award.
We will continue to engage in cutting-edge and innovative research and development with the aim of creating new technologies and new industrial fields that society demands.
The award ceremony was held online on June 22.
