NICHe Director Fumihiko Hasegawa has been awarded FY 2020 Kahoku Culture Award.
The Kahoku Cultural Award is presented to individuals and organizations that have achieved outstanding accomplishments in the fields of scholarship, arts, athletics, industry, and social activities in Tohoku, and have dedicated themselves to the development of the region.
